To all UK sous-vide friends - Lidl has started carrying £25 vacuum sealers!. No-frills for sure though. I tried using both the included roll and some of my existing sous vide bags and everything cooked great. I'd say the vacuum is better than I normally achieve with the submersion method, but with no anxiety about the open ends etc
